Quick Note - cycling log

I cycled yesterday - 33.5 mins, 5 miles. No pain.

So far, so good. Let's see - I've done about 15 - 20 miles a week for the last several weeks. About 3 times a week with no pain in my right leg. I will just stick with this same kind of program for fitness only.
